Returns

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email contact@modestiiofficial.us with your order number.

Returned items must be shipped back to the sender and will undergo a thorough inspection process. Items must be returned fully intact, with all tags and labels attached, and in their original packaging. Any signs of wear, use, damage, or missing tags will result in the return being declined.

Once the item is approved and deemed to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued for the exact amount paid for the returned item(s).

Please note:
    •    Return shipping costs are not covered by Modestii Official
    •    Exchanges are not offered
    •    Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received
    •    Modestii Official is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
    •    Please retain your proof of postage and/or tracking number when sending your return

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for review.

Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
